Event Accommodation Request Form


It is WCTC’s policy to provide reasonable accommodations to all members of the college community, including employees, students, and community members with disabilities as stated in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. Please use this form to request access to accommodations at WCTC-sponsored events or meetings. Please note that accommodation requests must be made in advance of the event/meeting. Whenever possible, a two-week lead time should be given to ensure that WCTC can process your request. Although attempts will be made to honor requests made on short notice, requests which do not allow enough notice increase the possibility that services will be unavailable.
